Hallo Dr. Wang, Darius, Herr Bentele, Herr Troppenauer, Herr Fritz,

nach der Besprechung zwischen Dr. Wang und Darius vielleicht liegt die Ursache bei dem Einbau der NT-Pumpe oder den Zuständen der Kühlwasserschläuchen.
Entsprechend den Vorschlägen von Darius habe ich heute folgende Untersuchungen in BBAC gemacht.

1. Wir drehten die Pumpe zur originalen Position, wie auf der 3D-Zeichnung gezeigt. Und die Kupplung war parallel zum Längsträger.
Beispiel (in Deutschland / 3D-Modell):
Leider ist das Geräusch in dieser Situation schlechter.
2. Nach der Befüllung des Kühlkreislaufs dreht sich die Kupplung ein bisschen, wegen des Gewichts vom Kühlwasser. Dann können wir den Zustand zwischen dem Schlauch und Längsträger nicht garantieren.
Dazu versuchten wir ein Gummipad zwischen dem Schlauch und Längsträger einzusetzen. Aber das Geräuschproblem ist nicht verbessert.
3. Wir haben die Schrauben zwischen Halter und Längsträger völlig abgeschraubt. Das Geräusch verschwindet. Ich finde, das heißt, das Geräusch erscheint wegen der Verbindung zwischen Pumpe und Längsträger.
