Ziel des Gesprächs
Für Integralträger und Hinterachsträger ist die Rückverfolgbarkeit des Bauteils bis ins Fahrzeug zu gewährleisten. Ziel des Gespräch ist es, die Voraussetzungen dafür zu klären bzw. zu schaffen.


Ist-Situation
"Vedoc" ist das Archivierungssystem der Fahrzeug-werke. Es sieht die Archivierung von Bauteilen in folgender Form vor.
Sachnr.
Identnr. für Hersteller (2 Stellen; hier: Werk Mettingen)
Jahr und Tag (insgesamt 5 Stellen)
Laufende Nr. (4 Stellen)
Prüfziffer (1 Stelle)

Folgende Bauteile werden derzeit im Vedoc archiviert bzw. sind für die Archivierung vorgesehen.

Stahl-ITG BR213
Stahl-ITG BR217
Alu-ITG BR222
Alu-ITG BR231

Bei den Hinterachsträgern besteht kein Handlungsbedarf, da diese über den ZB Hinterachse rückverfolgbar sind.


Handlungsbedarfe
Folgende Bauteile sind derzeit noch nicht für die Archvierung vorgesehen; hierzu sind die Voraussetzungen zu schaffen durch Freigabe der Vedoc-Identnr. der Bauteilfamilie (z.B. 10057 für den ITG BR205 4x4) für die jeweiligen Sachnummern in den Systemen Smaragd und Dialog.

Es ist sicherzustellen, dass in allen Fahrzeugwerken sowohl das Label des ZB Vorderachse als auch das Label des ZB Integralträger eingelesen und ins Vedoc übertragen werden. Hierzu wird es eine Abfrage in den Fahrzeugwerken geben.

Spezialthema "Gußteil Benteler bei ITG BR205 4x4"
Die Identnr. soll in Form eines Data-Matrix-Codes bei der Fa. Benteler unmittelbar nach dem Gießen auf das Bauteil aufgebracht werden. Die Identnr. des Gußteils soll in der Produktionslinie in Mettingen eingelesen, mit der Identnr. des ZB Integralträger verknüpft und werden

Die Zeichnung ist dementsprechend zu ändern. Dazu ist ein PÄV-Antrag zu stellen.
