Laut Rücksprache Hr. Fischer ist innerhalb RD nichts vorangekommen
obwohl unter Leitung Hr. Wolfsried hätte Prozess weitergeführt werden sollen.
Auftrag wird nun von Hr. Mes/Wenger weiterverfolgt.

Bzgl. Chrom-Umstellung im Rahmen REACH:
Nach 2 Terminen mit den v.a. betroffenen Einkaufskollegen Exterieur (Henrik Müller) und Interieur, Qualität sowie den RD-Kollegen (z.B. Achim Köhler E3 Exterieur) sowie aus der Zertifizierung (u.a. E3 Hr. Peter Schramm aus RD/FZ bei S. Wolfsried), sind wir
davon überzeugt, dass kurzfristig kein Lieferproblem für uns auftreten wird – insb. dadurch begründet,
a) dass bisher kein Chrom-Hersteller eine der Europäischen Richtlinien konforme Produktion überhaupt technisch/chemisch darstellen kann (sprich: die Produktions-Technologie, die gewünscht wird, gibt’s noch gar nicht
b) viele/alle Chrom-Lieferanten eine Art „Rejection letter“ bei der EU einreichen wird / eingereicht hat – und dieser mit grösster Wahrscheinlichkeit für 7+x Jahre eine Ausnahmegenehigung erhalten.
c) die Verordnung grundsätzlich erst für 3. Quartal 2017 umzusetzen wäre – d.h. mit Ausnahmeregelung verschiebt sich das Problem ins Jahr 2024ff
d) grundsätzlich der Tier-1 verantwortlich ist, da wir den Chromatierer nicht direkt beauftragen (bei Anerkennung MBST, EKB ist Tier-1 verantwortlich)

Nichtsdestotrotz werden wir in einer kleinen Arbeitsgruppe (Müller, Köhler, Wenger, Letsche, Drueke etc.) in den nächsten Wochen versuchen das Thema darzustellen + schrittweise Transparenz über die (geschätzt von uns) betroffenen 20-30 Chromatier-Firmen zu erhalten und ggf. mit diesen direkt Kontakt aufzunehmen, um eventuelle Risiken sicher auszumerzen.
