Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren beim Siemens Support, die Anfrage bezieht sich auf die Konfiguration einer S7-1515 (bzw. S7-1515F) welche im Produktauswahlmenü leider nicht zur Verfügung stand.

Problem: Teile einer TSEND_C bzw. TRCV_C-Konfiguration werden nicht dauerhaft übernommen.

Hintergrund: In der Netzkonfiguration einer S7-1515 sind ISO-on-TCP-Verbindungen konfiguriert, welche über eine installierte CP1543-1 kommunizieren sollen. Über diese Verbindungen sollen per TSEND_C bzw. TRCV_C Daten übertragen werden. Zu Konfiguration der Sende-/Empfangsaufträge öffne ich den TSEND_C bzw. TRCV_C-Einstellungsdialog und wähle die entsprechenden „Verbindungsdaten“ aus dem Drop-Down Menü. Beim ersten Mal werden dann nur ein Teil der Einstellungen übernommen. Zunächst ist z.B. noch nicht die korrekte Schnittstelle (CP1543-1) ausgewählt. Erst wenn ich nun die „Verbindungsdaten“ nochmals auswähle, werden alle Daten aus den Verbindungseinstellungen übernommen (samt Schnittstelle, IP-Adresse etc.).

Wird das Projekt nun geschlossen und wieder geöffnet, so fällt die TSEND_C / TRCV_C -Konfiguration beim Öffnen der Einstellungen wieder auf den Stand zurück, welche sich, wie oben beschrieben, beim nur einmaligen Auswählen der „Verbindungsdaten“ einstellt. D.h. Schnittstelle, Adresse etc. sind nicht mehr korrekt vorgewählt.

Das Verhalten lässt sich bei verschiedenen Projekten nachstellen. Zur Projektierung wird TIA V13 SP1 Update 3 verwendet. CPU und CP besitzen jeweils die aktuellsten Firmwares.

Wie ist dieses Problem zu vermeiden ?
