Das uebergreifende Ziel ist es, die Auslastung der Haendler im Bereich Sales und After Sales signifikant zu steigern, aber nicht zur Lasten der Profitabilitaet der Haendler. Hierzu haben wir:
• einen nachfragebasierten und staedtenbezogenen Netzwerkplan erstellt,
• machen wir die (Haendler) Formate kosteneffizienter (mehr Kapazitaet - Vorfuerflaeche und Workbays - fuer weniger Geld),
• optimieren die Kapazitaeten bei vorhandenen Haendlern (Aus / Umbau), und
• Coachen die General und 1st Line Managers vor Ort, bezogen auf (key) KPIs, ihr Geschaeft besser zu planen und zu steuern.

Here are a handful of official films for the current project. We are just to start the pilot at 10 dealers. The cross-goal is to increase utilization of traders in the area of sales and after sales, but does not significantly burden the profitability of the trader. To do this, we have: • created a demand-based and staedtenbezogenen network plan, • We (traders) formats make cost-efficient (more capacity - Vorfuerflaeche and Workbays - for less money). • optimize capacity at existing merchants (off / modification), and • To plan coaching the 1st line and General Manager spot, based on KPIs (key), your business better and to control.Let me know if you're interested to learn more about this.
