Die Montage der Unterschutzbleche (SA 481 "Unterschutz) wurde von "End off Line" aus dem Bereich "Finish" in die Montagelinie verlegt. Die VQ liegt bei ca. 6%. Die Montage dieser schweren Teile (6,4 kg bzw. 9,8 kg (4x4)) ist im Montagezyklus nur knapp realisierbar. Bei nicht korrekten Ansetzen der Serien M8-Schrauben "frisst" die Schraube im Befestigungsclip. Die anschließende Korrektur ist nicht mehr im Regel-Montageablauf realisierbar. Folge: Bandstillstand und/oder Nacharbeit

Einsatz einer "selbst-zentrierenden" Schraube anstatt der Serienschraube mit Suchspitze. Die Alternativschraube wurde im Werk über die YKP 20779/15 und deren Nachträge N1 und N2 in den BR212 und 218 erprobt und sehr positiv bewertet.
