Alle Einzelteile, bei denen zwischen Ihnen und der Daimler AG keine Werkstoffspezifikationen (DBL) festgelegt sind, wurden als "Black Box" behandelt.
Daher verantworten Sie die von Ihnen ausgewählten Werkstoffe selbst. Für die Fertigung der Serienteile sind Sie daher zukünftig verpflichtet, die in den Erstmustern vorgestellten Werkstoffe und Behandlungsverfahren beizubehalten.

Die Einzelteile mit festgelegten Werkstoffspezifikationen (DBL) entsprechen der Zeichnungsvorschrift.

Wir verweisen auf VDA Band 2, Kapitel 4.6, wonach alle geforderten Produktspezifikationen ab dem Zeitpunkt der Erst- bzw. Änderungsmustervorstellung erfüllt sein müssen.
Falls eine oder mehrere Produktspezifikationen nicht erfüllt werden, behalten wir uns vor, die Freigabe zu widerrufen.
