Dichtungen und Durchführungen
Die Hauptdichtung (D) liegt in der Flanschverbindung und muss ihre Aufgabe sowohl bei Überdruck als auch bei Unterdruck vollkommen erfüllen. Sie ist so konstruiert, dass sie beim Verschließen des Autoklaven selbständig wirksam wird. Das Messsystem (der „Plattenstapel“) besteht aus fünf Heizkreisen, die Anschlüsse dafür werden durch die untere Haube geführt. Die elektrische Durchführung (DFE) besteht aus zwei Stiften, die durch einen Metalldraht verbunden sind und mit einer elektrischen Isolation und Dichtung, für den Betrieb im Hochdruck und Vakuum, umhüllt sind. Der Heizring enthält drei Heizkreise, deren Anschlüsse durch die obere Haube geführt sind. Alle Durchführungen für die Heizungselemente liegen in der wassergekühlten Mantelwand um eine möglichst niedrige Temperatur für die Dichtmaterialien und die elektrische Isolation zu schaffen. Für die Regelung des Temperaturfeldes im Messsystem (Plattenstapel) werden 50 Thermoelemente benötigt. Diese sind im Messsystem eingebaut, führen bis zur Innenseite des Druckbehälters und werden mit Hilfe spezieller, eigens abgedichteter Durchführungen durch die Mantelwand geleitet (DFT). Die Thermoelemente zur Messung der Probentemperatur werden in gleicher Weise durchgeführt, wobei die Durchführungselemente aus dem gleichen Material bestehen wie die Thermoelemente.
