auf der Fläche der Lidl Produktmanager (1. OG des „Container“-Lagers) ist letzte Woche ein kleiner Fitnessbereich entstanden, der dem Ausprobieren neuer Fitnessartikel (Prototypen) sowie der gelegentlichen körperlichen Ertüchtigung auf Basis vorhandener/neu angeschaffter Sportgeräte dient.

Dieser Bereich kann seit Anfang dieser Woche aktiv genutzt werden.

Wir haben neben von uns produzierten Sportartikeln (Ergometer, Schlingentrainer) andere dazu gekauft (z.B. Rudergerät).
Damit es nicht zu Überschneidungen oder „Schlangenbildung" bei der Nutzung der Geräte kommt, wird eine Liste ausgehängt/ausgelegt (liegt derzeit unten am Empfang), in die sich jeder eintragen kann, um ein Gerät zu bloggen/ buchen. Wenn nichts eingetragen und das entsprechende Gerät frei ist, kann natürlich so trainiert werden.
Nutzungszeiten sollten grundsätzlich morgens, mittags, abends bzw. in der Freizeit liegen.

Bitte beachtet, dass die Halle spätestens um 20:00 Uhr geschlossen, also die Alarmanlage zu dieser Uhrzeit durch unser Reinigungsteam scharf gestellt wird.
