Ihnen wurde vor ca 14 Tagen per Post an die Privatanschrift ein Formular „Sepa Lastschrift Mandat“ zugeschickt, welches sie dringend benötigt, damit Sie das Auto am 14.5. bekommen.

Leider kann sie mir es nicht einfach so zumailen. Selbst wenn sie es nochmals beantragt, wird es wieder an Sie nach Hause geschickt.

Wie wollen Sie weiter vorgehen? Ein Scan per Mail wäre für Frau Schwarz möglich. Falls das Formular bei Ihnen zuhause liegt kann sich Ihre Frau auch gerne bei mir melden – falls es hilft.
