Im Hinblick auf eine erforderliche robuste Bauteilgestaltung benötigen wir durchgängig 1,5mm dicke Schottbleche.
Die AWE für das Schottblech mit 1,3mm statt 1,5mm wird nicht verlängert.
Für eine AWE sind zudem nicht die Produktionsstandorte sondern Sachnummern relevant.

AWE für Toleranzerweiterung an der Crashbox wird auch nicht erstellt. Die geschah mit ZGS Erhöhung auf 018 (siehe Anhang) und damit ist die AWE abgedeckt.

In regard to a required robust component design, we consistently need 1, 5 mm-thick sheets of SCHOTT.The AWE for the bulkhead plate with 1, 1, 5 mm instead of 3 mm will not be extended. In addition, production sites not part numbers are relevant for an AWE. Also, AWE for tolerance extension on the crash box is not created. It happened to ZGS boost on 018 (see annex) and to the AWE is covered.
