Wir erhielten oben genannte Bauteile zur werkstofflichen Erstbemusterung. Es kann aus folgenden Gründen nur eine bedingte werkstoffliche Freigabe erfolgen:

Zum verwendeten PP/EPDM Tatren TPO 20 77 wurden nur Ergebnisse zu Plattenprüfungen beigefügt. Entsprechend der Bauteilgeometrie sind Prüfungen nach DBL5416 am Bauteil möglich und müssen durchgeführt werden.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Lieferanten handelt es sich um Importmaterial, dass die Fa. Weidmann weltweit einsetzt. Es wird daher eine bedingte Freigabe ausgesprochen.
Die Bauteilprüfungen nach DBL5416 sind umgehend zu beauftragen. Kurzfristig nach Abschluss der Prüfungen ist eine Nachbemusterung durchzuführen.
