ich habe einen Gast(redner) zu unseren nächsten Regional Meeting Overseas eingeladen und heute bekam ich die Zusage.

Lawrence Poh von Lei Shing Hong Machinery wird aus Hong Kong anreisen und bei uns einen Vortrag zum Thema „Best Practice Sharing / Benchmarking Caterpillar“ halten.

Hier wird er die LSH Gruppe vorstellen, wie Caterpillar seine Händler und das Netz steuert, die CAT Netzstrategie, den CAT Service, das LSH eigene Vertriebsmodell (über DMS, CRM, SalesForce, Balance Scorecard, Social Media), das CAT Leasing- und Gebrauchtfahrzeuggeschäft. Natürlich steht er auch für eine Diskussion zur Verfügung.

Dieses Mal haben wir keinen gemeinsamen Teil während der Veranstaltung geplant - falls Du auch Interesse hast, kann ich ihn bitten den Vortrag zweimal zu halten.

Bitte gebe kurz Bescheid – wir organisieren es entsprechend…
