Dear Jianxiang,
Some parts of your mail I don't understand. This should be a translation
problem, sorry.
A main aspect in good youngster results is the "blackout". That means
there are only 10 hours per Day light on the loft. The rest of the day
(morning and evening) you make the loft shady. You must do this from the
time you take the pigeon on the youngster racing loft till the longest
day of the year. After this point you stop to shady the loft and use
electric light to hold the longest day constant. That means you switch
the light on in the morning (I do this at 5.30 till 9.00 in the morning,
after this the normal daylight is enough) and in the evening at 7.30
till 10.30. So the day last round about 17 hours (the electric light you
use should be a so called "daylight spot"). I will send a more detailed
plan later on. I take the information in an excel shet. So you have a
better overview. For my information: the time betwenn the race last how
long? 1 week or only half a week?
Best regards
