Da die vermeintlichen Porositäten auf den Bildern auch einfach Schatten sein könnten, solltet Ihr Euch die Teile unter dem Mikroskop bei ca 5-facher Vergrößerung anschauen, bzw. entsprechende Aufnahmen von TRW machen lassen.
Bzgl. der unterschiedlichen Eindringtiefen der Bremsschlauch-Dichtfläche, bin ich der Meinung, dass das Teil mit dem tieferen Eindruck deutlich mehr als 24 Nm an Drehmoment gesehen hat. Aber hier habt Ihr ja bereits Vergleichsuntersuchungen mit unterschiedlichen Drehmomenten veranlassst.
