wir haben unsere Teile kontroliert und sie sind i.O. -> in der Nähe von obere Toleranzgrenze (wie mit Fr.Hornung verabredet). Wir sind bei 424mm ( Fertigungsdatum Feb. 2015) -> Nominal an der Zeichnung ist 421.3mm. Wir könnten sicher unsere Leitungen verlängern aber um das zu machen sollten wir Zeichnung /Werkzeuge ändern => PAV.
Bei dem Alu Rohr (A 205 830 0020) ist schon die Nominallänge an der Zeichnung andere: 424mm und die Differenz zwischen 2 Rohren ist selbstverständlich.

Uber Musterteile werde ich mit meinen Kolegen von Wuhan sprechen um wir werden Sie informieren wann bekommen Sie die neue Mustern.

Hi Murat,. We have checked our parts and they are (as with Fr.Hornung a date) i.O.-> in the vicinity of upper tolerance limit. We are at 424mm (manufacturing date Feb. 2015)-> nominal on the drawing is 421.3mm. Sure, we could extend our lines, but to do that we need to change drawing / tools =_> PAV. When the aluminium pipe (A 205-830 0020) is already the nominal length of the drawing: 424 mm and the difference between the 2 tubes. I will speak uber pattern parts with my reading of Wuhan to we will inform you when to get that new patterns.

We have our Parts Inspected and you are ok -> near upper tolerance (as agreed with Ms. Hornung agreed). We are at 424mm ( date Feb. 2015) -> Nominal on the drawing is 421.3mm. We could certainly extend our lines but in order to do so we should be drawing /Tools Change => PAV.
In the alu tube (A 205 830 0020) is already on the drawing the Nominallange other: 424mm, and the difference between 2 tubes is a matter of course.
