Die Komponenten zur Realisierung der Schnittstelle zwischen Küsters und Kunde wer-den in einen Klemmenkasten (380 x 600) eingebaut bzw. auf einer Montageplatte montiert geliefert.

Grundsätzlich bestehen zwei Möglichkeiten zur Realisierung der Schnittstelle zwischen DyePad und Maschine:

• Anbindung über potentialfreie Kontakte (IM-Station mit Relaiskarten)
• Anbindung über Profibus (DP-DP-Koppler)

In beiden Fällen wird in den Klemmenkasten eine IM-Station zum Austausch der Basissignale eingebaut.
Im Falle der Profibusanbindung kommt zusätzlich ein DP-DP-Koppler zu Einsatz.
