seit dem vergangenen Jahr vereinbaren wir als Sparte keine Qualitativen Ziele mehr mit den Marktverantwortlichen (in diesem Fall RV).
Die Zielvereinbarung fokussiert ausschließlich auf die Quantitativen Ziele (so auch in 2015).
Da Robert solid line an H. Troska berichtet, könnten die von Robert vorgeschlagenen Ziele in sein LEAD-ZV einfließen, inhaltlich machen die Ziele absolut Sinn und sind aus meiner Sicht komplett (wg. dotted line Anbindung an UB sollten die Ziele dann auch für UB o.k. sein).

Troska, the objectives proposed by Robert could flow into his LEAD ZV, content objectives will absolutely make sense and are completely from my point of view (WG. dotted line connection to UB the targets for UB should be OK).

Da Robert solvently LINE at H. Troska reported, from Robert suggested goals could flow into its LEAD-ZV,the goals make contentwise absolutely for sense and are from my point of view complete (wg. DOT Ted LINE binding at UB should be the goals then also for UB o.k.).
